What are your hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 10am - 5pm.


Please note, our store is closed on:
New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.


Do you sell Bruno's Signature Gift Cards?
Yes, we do sell Bruno's Signature Gift Cards. Give the gift of Bruno’s Signature any time of the year! Our Gift Cards are available in any denomination you choose, up to $250/card.


What methods of payment do you accept?
For your convenience we accept cash, Interac, Visa, Mastercard,  American Express and Apple Pay.


 

Meat & Deli


Can I order my turkey online?
Yes, you can order your fresh, free run turkey online. Simply visit our Turkey Orders page, fill out the form and click submit.
In addition to ordering your holiday turkey, we also process online orders for Baked Maple Ham, Capons and all the fixings. 


Do you sell nitrate free deli meats?
Yes! We have a variety of nitrate free deli meats which have been prepared in-house.  Freshness is always guaranteed.


Is Certified Angus Beef available?
We are happy to offer our customers Certified Angus Beef products


Do you offer vacuum packaging?
Yes we do and it’s complimentary.  


What are the internal cooking temperatures for meat?
Beef, veal & lamb - medium rare (145°F / 63°C)
Beef, veal & lamb - medium (150°F / 65°C)
Beef, veal & lamb - well done (165°F / 74°C)
Pork (160°F / 71°C)
Poultry - pieces (165°F / 74°C)
Poultry - whole (180°F / 82°C)


 

Our Rewards Program


How can I become a Bruno’s Signature Rewards Member?
Rewards cards are available at the store.  Simply complete your registration in-store or online and start earning points with every purchase.  Present your Bruno’s Signature Rewards card at each purchase.


My rewards card has been lost or misplaced. 
If you have lost or misplaced your card, let us know the next time you are in the store.  We will set you up with a new card and have your points transferred from your original rewards card to your new one.
